- USB suspend states supported via SUSPEND pins

- Data formats supported:

GND: connects to GND

RTS: connects to MCU.CTS (signal direction: MCU.CTS << CP2102 << PC.RTS)
CTS: connects to MCU.RTS (signal direction: MCU.RTS >> CP2102 >> PC.CTS)
