Relay shield for Arduino
Product information:
The Relay Shield v1.3 is an Arduino-compatible smart module with four mechanical relays that provides a simple way to control high voltage. Its maximum switching power is 35VDC (70W) for each channel. It can be controlled directly by Arduino via digital I/O and an external 9V DC power supply.
The relays are on pins D0, D1, D2 and D3.
The NC1 (of relay 1) is a normally closed contact and breaks when the relay is energized.
The NO1 (of relay 1) is a normally open contact and makes contact when the relay is energized.
NC2/NO2 for relay 2 etc.
Note: Make sure that the pins on the relay shield do not touch the Arduino UNO's USB connector when connected.
Features:
- Arduino UNO, Arduino Mega compatible
- Automatic control and manual control
- 4 mechanical relays with photocoupled switching
- Equipped with screw holes for easy installation
- Lightweight
- Small form factor
- Extendable
Specification:
- Voltage: 7~12V
- Current: 8~250mA
- Switching voltage: Max 35V
- Switching current: Max 2A
- Frequency response: -1~1dB
- Switching power: Max 70W
- Relay life: > 100000
Caution:
By placing two layers of electrical tape on top of the Arduino's USB connector, you prevent the relay shield from making contact. Do not use a voltage exceeding 35V DC.
