Returns
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the products you ordered from Bits & Parts are both unopened and unused. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the product.
For all items you purchase from us, the statutory warranty applies. This means that an item must be in good condition and function properly under normal use. If you receive an item that does not meet these conditions, we will offer you a suitable solution as quickly as possible for both parties.
Always contact our customer service before returning (incorrectly delivered) items. This way, we may resolve the issue more quickly, and you may not need to return the item.

You are expected to include the following documents:
- A copy of the invoice
- The product you are returning
- The model withdrawal form (PDF file)
Return shipments are at your own risk. This means that Bits & Parts is not responsible for any loss or damage to the returned goods. You are responsible for ensuring that the return shipment has sufficient postage. Please make sure to return small items in an envelope, not as a more expensive package.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, use the model withdrawal form (PDF file). To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Processing
Once we have received your return shipment, we will proceed with processing the return. We handle returns within 14 days after we have received your return shipment. Depending on the reason for the return, this may include:
- Sending a replacement item
- Crediting the invoice
- Refunding the invoice amount or the price of the product. We will do this within 14 days to the bank account number we have on file.
Reasons for Returning
Reasons to return a product:
- Customer wants a refund
- Product(s) did not meet expectations (the so-called right of withdrawal)
- The product is damaged
