Product information:

The 74HC10; 74HCT10 is a triple NAND gate with 3 inputs. The inputs contain clamp diodes which allow the use of current limiting resistors to couple inputs to voltages higher than VCC.

If inputs A, B, and C are all high, output Y becomes low. If any one of the inputs is low, output Y remains high.
