The ULN2803A is a high-performance IC (integrated circuit) used to switch and control higher current loads using a microcontroller or other logic circuits.
This IC contains eight Darlington transistors with built-in diodes that eliminate inductive effects. This makes the ULN2803A ideal for driving relays, stepper motors, LED displays and other inductive loads in various electronic applications.
