Product information:

Super bright blue LED on a driver board. Can be dimmed with a PWM signal on the S-connector. A PWM signal can be generated with an Arduino, Raspberry Pi or ESP8266/ESP32 for example.
You can also keep the LED on at 100% continuously by connecting S to the + terminal.
