With this BTS7960 high current half bridge you can control motors with built-in MOSFETs. The driver is easy to use in combination with a microcontroller through its 5V logic level inputs.
Protected against overheating, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent and short circuit.
You can control the motors with a PWM signal.

Supply voltage: 5.5V - 27V
