The NRF905 is a radio transceiver similar to the well-known nRF24L01 but operates on 3 frequencies (433/868/915MHz) instead of just 2.4GHz, has a greater range and has some extra IO pins.
Only downside is that the data rate is only 50Kbps compared to the 2Mbps of the nRF24L01+.
