To control an Arduino, you set the output high (1) if you want the LED on that output to light.

Recommended resistors at a voltage of 5V:
Red:
R = ( 5.0V - 2.4V ) / 20mA = 2.6V / 0.02A = 130 Ohm -> 150 Ohm

Green:
R = ( 5.0V - 3.4V ) / 20mA = 1.6V / 0.02A = 80 Ohm -> 82 Ohm

Blue:
R = ( 5.0V - 3.4V ) / 20mA = 1.6V / 0.02A = 80 Ohm -> 82 Ohm
