This PWM MOSFET Trigger Switch Module (400W, 15A) is designed to control powerful electronic loads such as DC motors, pumps, LED lighting and electromagnetic valves.
The module uses two high-power MOSFETs in parallel, which ensures low resistance, high current capacity and reliable performance up to 15A and 400W at room temperature.

It supports a wide input voltage range from 5V to 36V DC and can be easily controlled via a PWM signal or a digital high/low trigger from a microcontroller or PLC, for example.

Thanks to the support for PWM frequencies up to 20 kHz, the module is very suitable for applications such as motor control or dimming of lighting. Compact in size and suitable for use in a wide temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
