With this tester you can test 4 servo motors simultaneously.

The tester has 3 modes (changeable with the select button).
Mode 1: manual mode (you can adjust the PPM signal yourself with the knob)
Position 2: Neutral (the servo goes to neutral position at PPM 1500).
Position 3: The tester goes from PPM 800 to 2200 and back.

The pulse width knob has 3 settings:
Stand 50H: 50Hz 20µs frequency
Stand 125H: 125Hz / 8 µs frequency
Stand 250H: 250Hz / 4 µs frequency

Connections (see last image):
Input voltage: 5-6VDC (pins left) (bottom = GND, middle = VCC, top not connected).

Servo connector: bottom = GND, middle = VCC, top = signal

Output signal: 800-2200µs
