This CC2530 board is a complete ZigBee / IEEE802.15.4 transceiver / sniffer with an 8051 CPU and is suitable for Zigbee2MQTT. The board has a programming port and can be equipped with custom firmware that can serve as a ZigBee concentrator, for example.
