Product information:

5 Volt L7805CV voltage regulator.
The input voltage of 6.5 to 37 Volt is reduced to 5 Volt. This way it doesn't matter what kind of power supply you have, with this voltage regulator you always have 5 V. For example for your Arduino sensors. For extra stabilization it is recommended to connect 2 capacitors of 10uF to the input and output (see drawing under documentation).
